Telephone Subscription Right

National Tax Agency Japan has announced the line price for this year. This price makes use of calculating the price of the land for the gift tax and inheritance tax. In addition to the land, the line price also makes use of others such as the orchard and the telephone connection fee. The telephone connection fee is evaluated when the owner died. However, the cell phone is not evaluated. In Tokyo, one line is 10 thousand yen in 2004. In 2000, it was 23 thousand yen. Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) charges 75.6 thousand yen for the telephone fee. This is one of the reasons that customers do not own telephones at home.
